Club Notes 27-10-2022

The Junior C’s bowed out of the championship last Sunday morning as they fell to a 1-7 to 3-4 defeat to near neighbours Castlehaven. This came after suffering defeat in the opening game of the group to Carbery Rangers by 1-4 to 4-5 the previous weekend.

The U21’s are the last remaining team to take to the pitch in 2022, and they will get their Championship campaign underway when they take on Clann Na Gael on Sunday 30th at 11:30am in Dunmanway. This is the semi final of the championship and we encourage a large crowd to attend to support the lads.

Please note that we are hosting the U21 C Football Championship between Randal Og and Dunmanus Gaels on Monday 31st October at 3pm.

Huge thanks to all the volunteers who helped give the clubhouse and surrounding area a good deep clean on Saturday October 15th. The grounds look in fantastic shape now and many thanks to the Ladies committee who put on a great spread after all the hard work.
